Rebekah Galvan is a dynamic Producer, Director, Writer, and Actress with a distinguished background from Chapman's Dodge Film School, where her directorial promise was recognized. She specializes in crafting emotionally resonant narratives deeply rooted in cultural exploration and complex human relationships, exploring themes of loss, forgiveness, and the search for meaning through profound human connection and the weight of unfulfilled dreams.
Currently, Rebekah is working in development and production on her directorial debut feature film (The road that holds us, 2026) alongside 4 Ways Entertainment. This project reflects her focus on evocative visuals, innovative scores, and an eye for subtle interpersonal dynamics.
Her diverse slate of projects spans feature films in various stages, including a recent high-impact role on the independent feature film Near Death. Brought on five months into post-production to address narrative challenges and a stalled project, Rebekah served as a Creative Producer and Story Developer. Her responsibilities included collaborating with the writer and director on narrative redevelopment, resolving core story problems, and building crucial rapport between the director, DP, and department heads. She also oversaw the film's reshoots and the initial setup of the post-production pipeline.
Prior to this, Rebekah's role at Bureau Unknown centered on high-level creative acquisition. Responsibilities included reading and analyzing high-volume scripts, engaging in detailed story development, and selecting projects for production pursuit, directly shaping the creative slate.
Rebekah’s previous work includes Esistenza, Saudade, Winter Break, and The Gloaming, all showcasing her dedication to illuminating the universal human experience.
