  • UX Designer & UX Researcher

    Job Description:

    As a UX Designer and Researcher at Raiven, I am responsible for driving user-centric design across our product suite.

    • Conduct 20 research interviews within our product suite in order to direct innovation and product offerings

    • Developed a robust tagging system for efficient data analysis and categorization.

    • Utilized affinity mapping to identify key themes and patterns.

    • Synthesized findings into actionable insights for the C-suite, presented within a comprehensive research report.

    • Report to stakeholders on findings.
      Translated research into tangible design solutions by creating user flows and sitemaps in Figma.

    • Collaborated with stakeholders through design iterations and feedback in Figma.

    • Prototyping and usability testing.

    • Design in Figma including: wireframes, iterations, and user flows
      Manage Sendgrid Email templates and build emails in Sendgrid

    • Design for our current product suite including: app.raiven, private marketplace, and white-label solutions

  • UX Architect


    Scope: After successfully launching Power to Pitch, a program that helps entrepreneurs seed their companies, we questioned what a product that streamlines and automates pitch creation for new clients would look like.

    • Conduct 5 research interviews with existing clients and 1 ethnographic interview.

    • Wireframes, build entire design system, and product from conception to MVP.

    • Utilize Affinity Diagram key highlights and tags to create respective buckets that reveal common trends.

    • Synthesize data and create insights for research reports.

    • Report to stakeholders on findings.
      Create user flows, research reports, and sitemaps in Miro.

    • Conduct design feedback and iterations in Figma.

    • Prototyping and usability testing.
      Ship v1 desktop version within 6 weeks.

  • UX Researcher


    Scope: Marketron sought to conduct generative researcher to gain insight into opportunities and for their Agency Pilot Program with their product “NXT”

    • Conduct 15 research interviews with various agency department heads.

    • Build out the tagging taxonomy system to later tag the interviews with key highlights for affinity diagramming.

    • Affinity Diagram key highlights and tags to create respective buckets that reveal common trends.

    • Synthesize the data and create insights for research report.

    • Report to C-Suite Executives on our findings for the NXT Pilot Program
      Create user flows and sitemaps in Miro.

    • Conduct design feedback and iterations in Figma.

  • Product Designer


    Scope: 2ndSun is a new product, yet to hit market, who sought to build out from scratch their entire UX/UI product and system.

    • Assist in creation of design system including components, buttons, fonts, design guidelines and UI color system.

    • Creation of product pages adhering to design system.

    • Responsible for UX Writing and language index while working with marketing and messaging team to create cohesion across socials and product domains.

    • Creation of initial MVP product in Sketch. Later iterations of product finalized in Figma.

    • Create product order forms, profiles, homepage, and all mobile versions.

    • Work closely with Senior Product Designer in Figma to refine product after multiple series of user interviews, usability testing, and user testing.

    • Reiterate designs based from user research and feedback to increase ease of use and ensure human centered design is present.

    • Writer of interview script with a “story mode” approach to interviews.
      Synthesize data in Figjam and create affinity diagrams with data.

    • Create sitemaps (current and future state), user flows, and user journeys.

  • Owner
    Director/Producer

    • Lead creative direction of a film: pre-production writer’s meetings, shot listing, collaborating with the Director of Photography, and working with all departments to bring to life the vision, message, and tone of the film for viewers.

    • Direct actors to help them understand the psyche of the character.

    • Write feature-length scripts or reviewing/revising scripts to satisfy market feedback, producers, investors, and the key target audience.

    • Direct visual landscape of films via color palette, tone, voice of film.
      Lead Composer and Music Department to create compelling audio and scores to draw the audience in.

    • Work with post-production supervisor to oversee editing process and the shaping of the film.

    • Collaborate with the editor to select compelling takes, performances, and sequences that advance the story in a captivating way.

    As a producer

    • Organizes entire production of project in order to deliver a feature-length film.

    • Oversees pre-production in the revising scripts, securing locations, hiring crew, and creation of pitch deck for investor meetings.

    • Creates assets for marketing material including but not limited to socials.

    • Collaborates with other production heads such as: Director, Writer, Executive Producers, and Crew in order to bring together all moving parts for the production of the film.
